James, I’m sorry to say, but I can’t make anything out of the first one - clicking it large makes things totally impossible to view assess or comment.

The second one, with the gentleman chess player would be a nice portrait, BUT it also includes a nice BUTT portrait that crowns his head … 

All of which would qualify both for bin 13 as per dear Uncle ted.
