[Leica] In Köln

Jim, it is good to see you getting a head start on the Wetzler trip.  We
will start tomorrow in Ghent and then travel SE to Wetzler stopping as
interesting things appear.  Putting locks on a fence to lock away or lock
in something appears to be an EU thing as I don't recall seeing that
anywhere but London and other stops in the EU.  If I am incorrect
please let me know.
