That was taken at the Hamburger Festival in Hamburg, PA.  Held on the
Saturday of Labor Day weekend, it attracts more than 50,000 spectators and
celebrates all sorts of atrocities committed to ground beef.

There's a Rainbow vacuum cleaner salesman, the Reba Macintyre tribute act
(imagine a female drag queen lip-synching to a recording), the piglet
adoption service, and a rib stand called Sloppy Seconds. There's also a
mooing contest, both juvenile and adult divisions, broadcast live on local
radio, as well as the inevitable hamburger eating contest, with both
amateur and professional divisions.

Since it's a small town, virtually all the activities were sponsored by
one local business or another.  They announced the amateur hamburger
eating contest was sponsored by Peach Tree [pet] Cremation Services of
Leesport, PA.  As my late mother would have said, "Well done."
