The Novoflex NEX/LEM is an adapter which allows the use of Leica M-mount lenses on Sony E-mount cameras such as the a7-series.  Novoflex quality is undeniable.
Excellent condition, includes Sony rear cap.  US$50 plus shipping.

Canon FD (manual focus) 500mm f/4.5 L with hard trunk/case, Canon 1.4x FD extender and 2 25mm extension tubes.  May be used on many mirrorless cameras with appropriate adapter.  Asking US$1,000 plus shipping.
