[Leica] Monopod in Carry-on Luggage

You should be able to get a cheap Chinese monopod in Dhaka, at least, possibly Chittagong as well. If you decide to pass by Chennai, you can have my cheap Manfrotto, do some sightseeing, do as much street shooting as you want, address my photo club, and generally have a good time!
