Hi Philippe, the ritual of trying to impress members of the approved sex
over food is timeless.  The waste displayed is ever so typical of American
culture especially in flyover country.  I will say that this is in Austin
TX so the single stream recycling is quite good do the waste is less than
meets the eye.
