[Leica] Query

Hi there--

   We have an Epson printer, model 220, that hasn't been turned on for
half-a-dozen years. Now, suddenly, I need to print some black-and-white
prints.. So, two questions:

   Assuming this printer is not going to work after all these years:

.1. What is the best printer these days for printing both color and
monochrome prints? I'd like to be able to port up to 11 x 14.

2. Printing houses now are legion. Anyone have any suggestions for the best
place to send a file and have it professionally printed?
