[Leica] Zenit Leica M 5500 Euros why in the world would I buy one

Unless I collected Leica copies…I can’t see the reasoning for this camera at this price point…

The Zenit representative is saying that the new Zenit M camera has a "different structure of components" and Russian software (really?). Even the image quality is supposed to be different.
Limited edition confirmed <https://leicarumors.com/2018/09/26/is-the-zenit-m-digital-rangefinder-camera-only-a-limited-edition-run.aspx/>: only 500 pieces will be available worldwide (50 in black and 450 in silver).
€5,500 price confirmed.
Zenit is working on a new camera - with a new design, new electronics and new lenses.
Two new Zenitar lenses <https://leicarumors.com/2018/09/28/zenitar-21mm-f-2-8-and-zenitar-50mm-f-1-0-lenses-for-leica-m-mount-to-be-released-in-the-future.aspx/> are expected in early 2019.
The new camera is expected at the end of 2019.
Zenit will start making Nikon and Canon lenses as well.
