Nice to know Jim.  Your comment is revealing; for the hoi polloi who only
have a 100K airplane you can pump your own; but if you have a 5 mil jet
three enthusiastic workers will roll out to service your business
investment.  This isn't a class complaint, more a statement on our
collective enchantment with better stuff.
