[Leica] Problem when uploading in the Gallery with "Upload Applet"

Hello,

Can someone give me some help, I don’t know why I can’t use the “upload applet” to post several pictures in the Gallery at once, I have Activated every Permissions  for Java and unblocked Security but I continue receiving the Error Message “Application Blocked”, here is the complete message :
