Very nice job, Sonny.  Yes, that's it, from a Google perspective.  It's 
funny, though, that the 1897 date has been moved to the adjacent building.

The single-story building at the left end of the block sits on the site 
of the old Opera House, which burned during a snowy January of 1940.  
That's where I saw my first movie, a Disney cartoon, in the late 1930s.
