[Leica] what to use to clean the image receptor (processor or whatever it is called) on my Sony a7r camera

To add to the previous, use a powerful blower to blow any dust or grit off
the sensor first.  I use canned air that is militantly held fully upright
to blow my sensor off but the ear bulb rocket sensors work pretty well.
