[Leica] Phones

In India, at least, with all the carriers, domestic or multinational, you
just have to ask them to switch on global roaming, which is then activated
within 8 hours. Mine is perpetually on, and there is no extra charge for
the feature, just pay as you use, and there has been no place I have been
to where I have not been able to use it as yet.
