[Leica] IMG: Flare?

I took lots of photos of Sadie eating chocolate ice cream in a park in
Savannah, Georgia.  All of them taken from the same angle have these
strange yellow flares or reflections:

>From any other angle, there is nothing there.  What could cause this?  I
can fix it in PS but I just wondered why I got these flares or whatever in
about 12 photos in a row but never again?
