There's a reason we don't have snow plows, salt trucks, snow tires and
heavy coats, and don't need to plug in our cars in Louisiana. We may get an
inch a year, and that gets us two snow days.

On the other hand, my Wisconsin in-laws refuse to visit here in August when
the humidity is 100%, the temp is 95 f and no rain
