[Leica] Comparing new 50s, or 1 meter focusing.

If you are using a Leica body then you will crop if you want that Noct
look. If you use a mirrorless body there are adapters that will get you
closer with a built in helical.
Another option is to pick up a Softar 2 and use it with a Summicron or
Summilux. Another option is to use a Nikon 6T close focus lens with your
new Noct.
What I might humbly suggest is to rent one from Lensrental.com and see if a
week of use warrants a purchase.
