Hi Lluis,

I've never been a smoker, but, in the USA, Electronic Cigarettes are the 
current smoking fad.  They produce a nicotine vapor by electronically 
processing a replaceable liquid cartridge.  The process is called 
"vaping" and is advertised as being safer than smoking cigarettes.

That is what the lady appears to be smoking in your photograph.
