[Leica] IMG: Static Electricity

I attended a combined birthday party for three of my great-grandsons 
last evening.  With ages of 3, 6, and 8, there was a wide span of ages 
among the attending family members.  This young guest discovered what 
dry winter air and a static-charged balloon can do for his hair.
