[Leica] Leitax Adapters

I have fitted a Leitax adapter (Leica R to Nikon) on the Leica R
Apo-Macro-Elmarit 100mm f2.8 which is my primary macro lens. It works
perfectly well, but that said, I do macro very rarely. I must also mention
that not having autofocus, or the need to stop down, are both no practical
problem in macro photography, so this conversion is ideally suited to this
genre. which is why I went for it.
