[Leica] Calendar Printing

Does anyone have a recommendation for a printing service that can produce a
calendar this year. Shutterfly worries me as the preview doesn't really
show me what the output will look like. Bay Photo is way to expensive. I'm
looking at Nations Photo Lab and Costco (certainly not as professional, but
convenient to get a proof print from), etc.
