[Leica] 1951 Pontiac Hood Ornament

Yes. The transparent amber-colored ones like this one have a light bulb behind them that makes the Indian chief's face glow when the car is running (might only be when the car's headlights are on, I can't remember). Some cars had chrome Indians that were not transparent.
