[Leica] OT: Sim Chip in Europe

An update.

T-mobile apparently slows and/or blocks data access overseas.

For $ 5/day T-mobile offers US account holders an overseas data pass. This
allowed my son to get 4G service. T-mobile also has monthly rates for
overseas data but that option  was not available on our old (read cheap)
family phone account.
