​So true.  I was wanting the 24 - 100 AF zoom on a trip through the swamps
around New Orleans.  I love my MF primes for landscapes, but those
alligators (among other things) just ​won't hold still.

BTW, from what I've read that relatively new Sony 24-100 appears to be a
good lens and good bargain.
