[Leica] Chicago very soon

Dinner on the 5th is very doable.  Please bear in mind that Chicago has an
extremely wide variety of eating options available within two miles of the
LHSA hotel and the Tamarkin gallery.  So perhaps our prime guest to the USA
could suggest some preferred cuisine to narrow the choices down a bit.
