The everyday life is peaceful, the demonstrations too, except when the Spanish police acts like from a Country of Dictators, my English is not enough good for explain the situation, I suggest you to read a very good article wrote in English by a British journalist, John Carlin to understand the problem:

Me and my family we are safe, thank you! Do to my recent disease I not go to the demonstrations to shoot pictures, I’m medicated with Simtrom and I shall be careful.
