[Leica] Leica officially announced Thambar 2.2/90

I presume that the lens actually shoots better images than those that are linked in the article as samples. The featured Dream Sequence actually looks like what the world would like after downing half a dozen large shots of cheap hooch in quick succession. It also struck me while seeing those snapshots that a filter with Vaseline would be a very viable, low cost alternative, which moreover, could be used with any lens. :-)
