[Leica] Abandoned Bank in Foraker, Indiana

This former bank is in Foraker, Indiana. Foraker isn't really a town, just a
rural crossroads in Elkhart County with a couple of agricultural businesses
and a couple of houses.

Must have been much larger in the past to have supported a bank. I see a lot
of tiny towns with abandoned bank buildings like this in Indiana.
