Oh, we do indeed have chambers of commerce, but, luckily, a sufficient 
number of their memberships generally has a healthy lacing of cynical 
realism to halt glaring gallops of egregious excesses.
Although, as Baltimore is named after a place in Ireland, then on the 
eve of Patrick's Day, it probably is "The Greatest city in America". I 
only know it from "The Wire"....
