Hi Jim,
It's called "photojournalism at it's best!  WHY?
Well the lighting is excellent in the general sense of "AVAILABLE!" The
shoot position is in general from the "shadow side!" Certainly on the
salesman!
Excellent exposure. Gesture and expression!
