Thanks Douglas, several reasons not least of which is that I am at the younger end of the LUG members ;-) All the expats here are at least 15 years older.

However, when it is 38C outside and I have cold beer and rosé on hand.....

Nice stuff John, I can almost feel the heat. Congrats on the book photos and your move to Scotland, although I find the idea of leaving France, the EU, and a great wine producing area to boot, almost unfathomable :-)
