Hi Tina,

I'm sure all will go well with your cataract procedure. Always scary though, no matter what.  My guess is you'll like the results better than your new knees and with a bit easier recovery!

As for the Plantar Fasciitis you may want to try a Strasburg Sock or socks. Worked really well for me.

My (92YO) dad says if you wake up with no aches and pains you're probably dead...

My good thoughts to your continued aches and pains ;-)
