I come from long lineage of XX+ guys and gals who live pretty long most into their 90’s.
No one ever has a heart attack but what seems to get us in the end is the big C. Not big news.
When someone says “How you doing big guy?” it’s not good for our long time relationship.

I have been ‘big’ since I was about 7 and have tried everything to no avail. My twin daughters are a similar body shape and constantly diet. I think it’s genetics (or that is my excuse).

A doctor friend told me that he weighs the same now as when he played college football, but the weight has moved from his shoulders to his waistline. That's a fair description of what happens in "old age". :-)
