Hi Greg,
Thank you very kindly for your comments.
My understanding is the prints are scraped off the glass and by this being
the only method they can be cleaned off? There isn't anything left but
scrapings.
As far as purchasing the pane of glass with photo intact??
I can only suggest contacting the Head Office of the air terminal for a
re-action?
And given I wasn't involved with the original mounting? I'm sorry I'm not of
any use in that direction either.
Given the arrangements were all through an agency, all I did was e-mail
images requested and they ran with the whole thing. I don't have the
agencies name or number, as I am now living in a seniors home. Pretty well
all my company files were destroyed when I moved from my home.
My gut feeling is? Go for the air terminal head office.
I realize this isn't of much help, but basically is about all I can
suggest.
cheers,
ted

Thank you, Dr. Ted:
Just saw your post about how the prints are mounted.
Has anyone asked The Vancouver Airport Authority (or whoever is in charge
of the place) whether they would sell them intact still mounted on the
glass panes? ;->
Was a nice surprise. Enjoyed seeing the images, and was happy to see the
recognition of your work.
Also saw a newspaper article while in B.C. about three O.C. recipients --
you among them -- living in the same building. Good company!
Congratulations and thank you again.
Greg
