Not.

 I wrote AF :-)

Limited but good to very good - played a little with it this afternoon and even the JPEGs work better than the raw conversation from the X-T1 (wink wink nudge nudge wink again and all that jazz to the thread on sensor and pixel count ;-)

Not encountered yet

I don’t do that - my takes are usually handheld and on the field - but I’ll try that sooner or later and will report if I find any issue

I don’t do VDO either - except with the nephews and granddaughter but this is usually with the X10 as picture quality is definitely not what matters then

I still I mine and it’s marked for sale ;-)

Life is too short for many, I DO hope yours will be long, long, long, and also that I’ll be in a condition that allows me to enjoy your posts for many many years

My current target is the coming soon GFX50 or something like that - I sometimes miss a full frame or larger sensor for my postcards ;-)

To go back to the "old reliable", I put the original ZD14-54 lens on my E-1 and looked around for a suitable subject. I settled on this "sun catcher" on a very cloudy day. I think the AF results are better than what I have been getting with manual close-ups.
