Sadly Howard, I rarely read NS but it is a term that is now in less esoteric 
usage than it used to be. I go drinking in the Nominative Determinism room 
in my local bar with Paul Banks the local banker, Sean Fisher the 
trawlerman, Annette Curtin the soft furnishings woman, Fiacla Paine my 
dentist, and Eamonn Archer owner of a sports shop (you can buy a bow there)
