[Leica] Silver Efex Pro 2

Doug,

Are your files in RGB or Grayscale mode?

The NIK Collection programs, including Silver Efex, will not work on
Grayscale images. The photo has to be in RGB mode, even if it is black and
white. If your files are in Grayscale mode, Silver Efex Pro will be grayed
out in the filter menu of Photoshop.
