[Leica] Silver Efex Pro 2

I have a problem using Nik Silver Efex Pro 2 with my Monochrom. I am unable to open the Monochrom's files in it.  My Fuji X100S opens without problem from Photoshop (CS6). I go to filter at the top of the page, scroll down and there the Nik software. The name is highlighted. With a Monochrom file, the Nik software is not highlighted. 
Have any of you had this problem? And if you had, how did you solve it?
