[Leica] PDF for LUG (year) book 2015 (YES, 2015)

For the 2015 Yearbook, I was unable to make Blurb to offer the PDF option.
Not sure why. Sorry about that.

But then, it occurs to me that, I can handle it myself. So here's the deal:
