[Leica] Scanner advice sought

I’d suggest a Nikon Coolscan LS-5000. It’s what I use, with VueScan, and it does a great job both with negative strips and with slides, with better resolution and dynamic range than consumer flatbed scanners. You could try checking eBay and Amazon. The latter has both new (!) and used examples of it, though fairly pricey. The former has some used at lower prices.
