[Leica] Current State of Displays?

I too found the 5k Mac screen breathtaking, but with no spare kidneys to sell, I'll probably stay happy with hd.  

I really haven't seen much in the way of other brand's 5k monitors,  just Dell. As for video cards, the only one I know anything about it the asus g force.

I wouldn't mind going 4K for now, but even that is a pretty penny upgrade.
