Your gallery software is making an error re: ISO.
No way are those 6400 @ f:2.2 @ those shutter speeds in sunlight.
You can manually set ISO and everything else in a number of camera apps;
Including ProCamera and Lightroom Mobil.
You can also shoot RAW with those two apps;
If you're running the latest iOS.
