[Leica] Keeble & Shuchat closing

Time marches on, I guess.  I did buy a number of things from them years ago
but always by mail....or telephone....or something.....including a Fogg bag
or two and my very first Leica Digital (a Digilux something or other than I
later sold to Kyle C for an absolute pittance).
