[Leica] Craig Semetko workshop

At the moment he is on a series of workshops in Europe for Leica. I do know he does them in the US because others have been on them, but how many I don’t really know. The workshop page on his website (www.semetko.com <http://www.semetko.com/>) has not been updated since mid-2015 so that is no help.
