[Leica] Best Learning Camera

Why does everyone seem to think she needs a rangefinder
camera?
All the big manufacturers make reasonably priced DSLRs
with all the manual setting options you could ever ask
for - and plenty of Auto bits and bobs to tide her over
till she learns all about them! One thing’s certain -
she will have one of the best as a teacher!
The best suggestion so far was to let her pick the one
she wants.
Cheers
Douglas
