[Leica] Thoughts on hanging photos

I need to rehang most of the photos downstairs. There are three rooms that are visually connected.

My question:

What’s the thought about how images are hung. Should the center of each image be at the same level? The tops? I’m asking because re-hanging them is an immense pain.
