[Leica] iPhoneography Workflow?

Not so easy on the Mac. iTune / iPhoto will want to download the images to
its library. The official words from Apple is: Good luck.

A slightly faster workaround to what you are doing is to upload from your
camera roll to Google drive. You will need to install google drive app on
your iPhone and on the Mac. Then it will eventually sync together and then
you can copy the files from Google drive to any destinations.
