Thanks, Ted!  The strange dress is all for religious reasons.  The mullahs
are trying to keep everybody about a century back!!  There is a lot of
unrest and resentment and some people say they swapped one king for a
thousand kings.  I wouldn't be surprised if there is another revolution
soon.
