[Leica] Curious M10 startup time issue

Since it takes far less effort to use the camera's format than to format a
card in a computer, and since in practice, you may get better
performance from doing it in-camera, and you should do that especially if
some weird problems pop up; isn't "Never" a better practice than any that
work "in theory"?  ;-)
