[Leica] IMG: Why Plastic Bags Should Be Banned

People can be ass. We hiked up the popular Mission Peak (2500 ft, straight
up) two days ago and despite garbage cans being in several spots, people
just dump their plastic bottles here and there. We packed out some but I
had a 18 lbs camera pack and couldn't take more... grrr....
