Great capture, Jay.

When most people use the term "American," we know darn well what they
mean.  So out of consideration to our Canadian friends, who are often saner
than us, those of us from The States should be nice and call a city in
Canada a Canadian city.

Now as to whether Montréal is actually in Canada, there could be some
discussion.  And if you think I'm going to get into that, vous êtes fou.
